Your 2025–2026 Can-am Outlander XT 1000R's rear end takes a beating out on the trail — rocks, logs, stumps, and whatever else you hit will go straight for your undercarriage if something's not protecting it. That's where this rear skid plate comes in. It bolts right up to cover the gap left by the factory setup and keeps the vulnerable stuff underneath safe from impact.

You've got two ways to go here, depending on how hard you ride and what kind of protection you want.
- 3/16" Aluminum — Solid, proven material that handles real-world trail abuse and weighs less than the heavier option.
- 3/16" Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW Plastic Layer — The aluminum takes the hit, and the UHMW layer underneath slides smoothly over rocks and obstacles. Pick this if you're constantly grinding over gnarly terrain.
Black Powder Coat Option
Stock skid plate ships as-is, but if you want it finished in black powder coat, add $30 and it'll look sharp and clean. Just know that adding the powder coat means waiting an extra 1 to 2 weeks for it to ship out.
