Description
Your BMW F 700GS came with rubber mounts holding the skid plate to the frame, and a Ricochet skid plate bolts right to those same OEM mounts. Thing is, after some hard riding or a rough swap, those rubber isolators can crack, compress, or flat-out disappear. If yours have seen better days, these replacements will get you back to the way it came from the factory—no need to track down expensive BMW dealer parts.
What You're Getting
One (1) rubber mounting isolator per unit. Buy as many as you need depending on how many mounts your installation requires.
How It's Built
Each isolator is solid rubber bonded to a pair of steel posts. The rubber does the heavy lifting—it soaks up vibration and keeps the skid plate from rattling against the frame. The steel posts are there to keep everything locked in place, so nothing's going to shift around when you're bouncing over rocks and roots.
