When you're running hard across the desert in your 2015 Polaris RZR XP 1000 EPS Desert Edition, rocks, ledges, and washouts come at your frame and suspension faster than you can react. This complete Ricochet protection set covers your frame, front and rear suspension, and both sides so you walk away from impacts that would otherwise need a mechanic's attention.

Material Options
Straight Aluminum (3/16" 5052-H32): All pieces are aircraft-grade aluminum. It's tough, stays rigid under hard hits, and won't bend or dent easily. This is your solid baseline choice.
Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW on Frame Skids: The frame skids get a layer of ultra-high molecular weight plastic bonded on top, which absorbs impacts better and slides over rocks without hanging up. Everything else stays aluminum. Pick this if you want a little extra cushion where you need it most.
Aluminum with Thick 1/2" UHMW Frame Skids: The frame skids jump up to half-inch UHMW—that's a lot of plastic engineered to resist scraping and glide over obstacles. The rest of your set stays standard aluminum. This is the max protection option for frame contact.

Add Black Powder Coat Finish
If you want everything blacked out instead of bare metal, we've got two powder coat packages:
- Partial: A-arm guards, rear linkage guards, and rock sliders in black for an extra $130. Works great if you're going with one of the UHMW options and want just the aluminum pieces coated.
- Full coverage: Front bash plate, A-arm guards, rear linkage guards, rock sliders, and frame skids all powder coated black for an extra $229. Only available with the all-aluminum kit since UHMW doesn't take powder coat.
Adding powder coat means plan on an extra 1–2 weeks before it ships out. Definitely worth the wait if you want that finished look.
