The Material
This plate is cut from 5052-H32 aircraft-grade aluminum and comes in at 0.160" thick. That thickness gives you real protection against impacts without overdoing it. The clear anodized finish is applied from the factory and protects the aluminum from corrosion and wear, keeping it looking solid for years of hard riding.
Mounting System
The heat-treated Chrome-Moly clamps bolt directly to your frame — no modifications to the bike itself. Tighten them down and you're done. The clamps hold tight, won't rattle, and you can unbolts the plate in minutes if you ever need to.
