The Materials
This skid plate is cut from 5052-H32 aircraft-grade aluminum and runs 0.160" thick. That thickness gives you real impact resistance without bogging things down. The clear anodized finish comes standard and protects the metal from the elements while keeping that clean look.

Black Powder Coat Option
If you want to go with a black powder coat finish instead of the standard clear anodized, add $30 to your order. Just keep in mind—the black coat adds about 1 to 2 weeks to your ship time since it has to be applied and cured after the plate is made.
