The Material

This plate is cut from 5052-H32 aircraft-grade aluminum and runs 0.160" thick. That's the same material serious riders count on, and it's strong enough to handle impacts without being overkill. Install & Clamps

Those heat-treated Chrome-Moly mounting clamps are the key — they grip your frame without needing a drill or tap. Tighten them down and you're done.
