Built Tough
The plate itself is 5052 H32 aircraft-grade aluminum, 0.160 inches thick. The brackets holding it on are chromoly steel—that's more than twice as strong as regular steel—so it won't rattle loose and the whole thing stays put when you hit something hard. The fasteners are custom-made to match, and you can pull the plate off whenever you need to without any fuss.

It comes standard with a clear anodize coating that protects the metal. If you want a black powder coat instead, we can do that for $45—just know it'll add 1-2 weeks to your shipping time. The surface also comes ready if you'd rather powder coat it yourself down the road.
