Adjust it from inside—close it tight against winter wind and rain, crack it open for a little fresh air, or flip it all the way up when you want full ventilation on warmer days. What You're Getting
The windshield comes ready to install with everything you need. You get a 1/4" thick polycarbonate shield, foam gaskets and bulb seals to keep weather out, sturdy latches and clamps, and gas struts that keep the panel from bouncing or rattling around as you work.
The Material and Coating
SuperATV builds this with 1/4" polycarbonate, which is tough stuff—roughly 25 times stronger than acrylic and way tougher than regular glass. It'll stand up to flying rocks, branches, and rough trail conditions without shattering.
Both sides get SuperATV's XR Optic Hard Coating. This proprietary finish guards against scratches and scuffs while preventing the plastic from yellowing or fading over time. After dozens of rides, it'll still look clean and clear.
How It Works
The latching system is simple—operate it all from inside the cab. Three positions: fully closed for total protection, cracked open for a little airflow, or fully opened if you want maximum ventilation. The gas struts and quality seals mean a quiet, rattle-free ride every time.
