Can-Am Defender HD10 Atlas Pro BFT Suspension Kit

Want to fit 34-inch tires on your Can-Am Defender HD10 without stacking a huge lift kit? This suspension package does exactly that. Instead of piling on height, the Atlas Pro BFT Kit uses stronger A-arms with a forward offset design, paired with shock brackets and spring spacers, to give you the tire clearance you're after while keeping things stable on rough terrain.

The A-Arms That Do the Heavy Lifting

Stock suspension components just don't cut it when you're running bigger tires and pushing harder trails. This kit swaps them out for Atlas Pro A-arms built from massive 1.5" DOM tubing—that's thicker and stronger than the standard high-clearance option. CNC laser-cut steel brackets and billet aluminum spring spacers reinforce all the spots where OEM parts typically fail. You get an extra 1.5" of ground clearance, and a UV-resistant powder coat keeps rust at bay. These come with a lifetime warranty—something you won't see every day.

Ball Joint Options

You get four choices here, depending on your budget and how hard you run.

Keller Ball Joints: Two-piece design with no snap ring. They thread on like a bolt, so they won't pull out. Chromoly steel studs paired with tool-steel bodies, greaseable, and rebuildable for long-term durability.

Super Duty 300M: Top-tier material—300M grade steel is the strongest on the market. Minimal neck taper and an adjustable stud. Tests show it's 2.25x stronger than stock.

Heavy-Duty: Hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating. Real-world testing shows these handle double the pressure of OEM joints.

Standard Duty: Chromoly steel studs and housings, zinc plated. Matches or beats stock strength at a better price.
