Can-Am Defender HD10 BFT Suspension Kit

Want to run 34-inch tires on your Can-Am Defender HD10? This suspension kit gives you the clearance you need while keeping things balanced and stable on rough trails. The secret is the design—2-inch forward-offset A-arms work with a mild 2-inch lift from shock brackets and spring spacers to make room for bigger rubber without overdoing it.

What You Get

• Upper and lower front A-arms (1-1/4" DOM steel)
• Shock brackets and spring spacers for that 2-inch lift
• Steering stop kit
• 17 limit straps (skip these if you're running Rhino 2.0 axles)
• Shock bump stop (needed only with 34-inch tires)

Built Tough, Built Right

The A-arms are made from 1-1/4" DOM steel tubing with CNC laser-cut brackets and billet aluminum spring spacers. This kit's designed to handle flying rocks, tree branches, and all the abuse your Defender can dish out on the trail. Ball Joint Options

You've got three choices here, and you can order the kit with or without them preassembled.

Super Duty 300M: Top-tier strength. 300M steel is the hardest material available for ball joints, built with a thicker neck and adjustable design. It's 2.25 times stronger than stock.

Keller Ball Joints: Two-piece design that threads on like a bolt—no snap ring means nothing pulls loose. Chromoly stud and tool-steel body. Greaseable and rebuildable.

Heavy-Duty: Hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating. Tests show it handles twice the load of OEM joints. Works great if you're pushing your machine hard.

All three types have grease zerks so you can keep them maintained. If you add ball joints to your order, SuperATV will press them into your A-arms at no charge—no need to buy a press or tackle it yourself.
