SuperATV built this from 1/4-inch polycarbonate—the same tough plastic used in riot shields and professional protective gear. It's roughly 250 times stronger than regular glass and 25 times tougher than acrylic, so flying rocks, branches, and rough debris won't shatter it. You get real protection without the weight of traditional glass.
