Can-Am Defender HD7 Track Bars

When you load your Can-Am Defender HD7 with bigger tires, lifted A-arms, or portal axles, your stock suspension geometry gets pushed to its limit. The frame and suspension pivot points end up fighting extra weight and leverage forces that they weren't designed to handle. Track bars give you the reinforcement you need to keep everything working together without constantly worrying about impacts on rough terrain or rocky trails.

These aren't tiny add-ons. SuperATV builds them from 1.5 x 0.118 wall DOM steel tubing with industrial-grade heims and a 3/16 inch steel frame mount. That combination nearly doubles what your suspension can handle. The geometry stays true with Double Axis Technology, so the bars move smoothly with your suspension travel instead of binding up or fighting your setup.

You won't need to break out the torch for this job. The bars bolt down using heavy-duty clamps that lock everything in place when you tighten them properly. They're positioned to stay out of your clearance as much as possible, so you're not giving up ground clearance just to get the support you need. Some drilling is required during installation.
