The 500-Pound Winch Does the Work

The winch comes with synthetic rope that's tough enough to handle deer, sheep, and other mid-size game without breaking a sweat. You're not limited to hunting either. Need to move firewood, rocks, or bags of mulch around the property? This winch tackles those jobs just as easily. The corded remote gives you full control from wherever you're standing.

Built to Last Out There

We built this from 1.5-inch steel tubing—the kind that doesn't flex or fail when you're really loading it down. It's powder-coated from the factory to fight rust and corrosion, so it'll look solid year after year. Mounting is dead simple: the heavy-duty brackets bolt straight to your Defender's frame with no cutting, drilling, or welding needed. If you want better visibility during early morning or late evening runs, you can add cube lights to the top.

Fitment Details

This rack fits all Can-Am Defender HD 8 models from 2016–2021, including standard, DPS, XT, and XT Cab versions. It also works with the MAX HD 8 lineup (2017–2021) in all trim levels.

Important notes: Don't exceed your Defender's OEM cage weight limit when loading. This rack isn't compatible with OEM or aftermarket snorkels, so keep that in mind during your build.
