Can-Am Defender HD8 Outfitter Roof Rack

Your Can-Am Defender HD8 has a bed, but sometimes you need more room. This roof rack bolts on top and lets you haul camping gear, tools, hunting equipment, or whatever else you're bringing out on the trail—without eating up bed space below. It's a straightforward way to pack more stuff and keep your cargo organized.

What You Get
The rack comes loaded with useful features. You've got four mounting spots if you want to add pod lights or recessed lights for visibility at night. There's also space up front for a light bar. The sides have slotted panels that give you plenty of tie-down points, so nothing's sliding around, and a pair of grab handles make it easy to reach your gear when you need it.

Adjustable Rails for Different Jobs
Here's the smart part: the T-slotted rails move between two positions. Drop them low and you can attach a six-inch cargo basket for smaller items. Crank them up to the top position and you get a flat platform perfect for longer stuff—boards, ladders, or lumber. Your cargo sits clear of the roof surface so water and dirt don't trap underneath.

Materials and Build
SuperATV built this from extruded aluminum, aluminum plate, and reinforced steel tubing and brackets. That combo keeps it light but stiff. It bolts up clean to your existing roof, windshields, and headache rack with no weird gaps or interference.

Fitment Notes
Fits Can-Am Defender HD 8, HD 8 DPS, HD 8 XT, and HD 8 XT Cab (2016–2021). This rack does not work with OEM factory roofs. If you're running the OEM rear glass windshield, this SuperATV roof won't be compatible with it—you'll need to plan around that before ordering.
