Description
Your Defender HD8 backs into things—it's just what happens on the trail. A solid rear bumper keeps your bodywork from getting dinged up by rocks, loading mistakes, and whatever else you run into out there. Beyond protection, you get a handy step for reaching into the bed when you're grabbing gear or tools.
Built to Take a Hit
This bumper is made from 1.75" steel tubing that absorbs real abuse without weighing down your machine. The flat step panels give you a secure place to stand when you're loading or unloading—way better than balancing on the tire.
Looks Like It Belongs
A bumper that sticks out like a sore thumb kills the whole look. This one's designed to match your HD8's tough appearance and fitted with a powder-coat finish that resists UV fading. It comes in Can-Am's stock black, so it blends right in instead of looking bolted-on as an afterthought. SuperATV backs this with durable construction that stays looking good even after years of hard use.

Tire Clearance Note
Keep an eye on rear tire size when the bed's tilted up. With stock rear A-arms, stay at 30" or smaller. If you've got offset rear A-arms, stick to 28" or under. Larger tires can make contact with the bumper and prevent the bed from reaching full tilt.
