Can-Am Defender HD8 Track Bars

If you've loaded your Defender HD8 with bigger tires, heavy portals, or a serious suspension kit, your frame and suspension mounts are taking a real beating. These track bars are built to reinforce that whole system so it doesn't flex or fail when you're out pushing hard on rough terrain.

What You're Getting

SuperATV's track bars ship as a pair and bolt directly to your suspension and frame. They're made from DOM steel tubing with heavy-duty heims and a 3/16" frame-mount plate — basically the same stuff you'd find on a race rig. The setup nearly doubles your suspension's structural strength around the pivot points, so everything stays tight when you hit big bumps or dig into nasty ground.

How They Work

The tricky part about adding reinforcement is keeping your suspension free to move. These bars use a Double Axis design that lets your suspension travel through its full range without binding up or getting in the way. The 3-point geometry keeps them tucked tight to the frame, so you don't lose ground clearance and your suspension can still flex like it's supposed to.

Install and Placement

Installation is clean and straightforward — durable clamps secure everything without welding (though some drilling is required). The bars sit where they need to be to add strength without creating a hanging obstacle on the trail or eating up clearance.
