What You're Getting
These are 0.5" larger in diameter than what came from the factory. The 1.5" forward offset geometry opens up clearance for up to 33" tires without needing a lift kit. The lower arms adjust, so you can dial in your setup as you add gear or change how you run. All arms ship pre-adjusted to factory specs, making installation straightforward. You've got two ball joint choices at checkout: go with preinstalled Heavy-Duty units to skip the swap yourself, or reuse your stock joints.
Built to Last
The structural tubes measure 1.5" diameter with 0.24" wall thickness — that's seriously beefy steel DOM construction. SuperATV backs this up with a UV-resistant powder coat that resists fading and keeps them looking fresh. These aren't stamped or welded cheaply; they're designed to soak up punishment from rocks, roots, and rough ground mile after mile.
Adjustable Pivot Blocks
Come prepped to factory specs, but when you add winches, bumpers, or roof racks, weight distribution shifts and camber changes. The adjustable blocks let you dial things back in for a balanced ride.
Ball Joint Options
The Heavy-Duty choice uses 4340 steel with zinc coating and grease zerks for field maintenance. The Keller design uses a two-piece chromoly stud and tool-steel body with a thread-on design that won't shake loose — this one's greaseable and rebuildable too.
Optional UHMW Bushings
A separate bushing kit is available. The self-lubricating polyethylene material actually improves with use and includes eight short bushings, four long bushings, four short sleeves, two long sleeves, and a press tool.
