Your stock A-arms aren't built to handle serious trail work. They'll bend or fail when you're pushing through rocky terrain, and that means your trip ends fast. These 1.5" forward offset A-arms from SuperATV are made with tubing that's 25% thicker than what Kawasaki bolts on, so they stand up to real abuse. You also get adjustable camber and extra ground clearance — two things that give you a lot more control and let you run bigger rubber without adding a lift.
More Ground Clearance, Better Wheelbase
The design gives you an extra 1.5" of clearance underneath, which means you'll clear rocks and obstacles that used to catch you. The 1.5" forward offset moves the ball joint ahead, which stretches your wheelbase out a bit. That might sound small, but it makes a real difference — your machine stays more planted going over big terrain, and you can fit larger tires without needing a whole lift kit.
Built Tough, Built to Last
These arms start with 1.25" tubing and get powder coated for protection against rust and wear. The ball joint housings and pivot blocks are chromoly steel—the kind of material that doesn't quit. They come with UHMW bushings already installed, which are low-friction and self-lubricating, so they get smoother the more you ride. Steering Hardware Included
You get a pair of heavy-duty Z-bend tie rods made from 3/4" solid steel, along with chromoly ball and sockets. These are sized to work with the 1.5" offset so your steering stays responsive and reliable. The kit also includes tie rod boots, steering stops, brake line clips, and everything else you need to bolt it all together.
Camber Adjustment Built In
The adjustable pivot blocks let you dial in your camber if you want to—or just leave them as-is. They come pre-set to stock specs out of the box, so zero adjustments needed unless you're chasing a specific setup. Being able to tune camber keeps your tires wearing evenly, which saves you money down the road.
