Description
Running bigger rubber on your Ranger XD 1500 doesn't have to mean a full lift kit overhaul. These Atlas Pro 1 Forward Offset A-Arms let you go up to 34 inches without major modifications. They're built from heavy-gauge steel tubing and designed to handle the abuse of rough trails—sharp rocks, fallen branches, and uneven ground won't slow you down. Plus, the longer wheelbase keeps things stable when you're pushing it hard.
What You're Getting
Each pair includes upper and lower A-arms built from DOM steel tubing (1.5 x .25 main tubes, 1.5 x .13 supporting tubes) with self-lubricating UHMW bushings already pressed in. They come with adjustable pivot blocks so you can dial in your alignment and camber to protect your new tires from wearing unevenly. The arms ship with a tough UV-resistant powder coat to fight corrosion.
Assembly Options
You can order these arms bare and reuse your current ball joints, or go with a preassembled option to skip the headache of transferring components. Three ball joint upgrades are available—Heavy Duty (4340 VAR steel, zinc-plated, twice the pressure rating of stock), Super Duty (300M grade steel, 2.25x stronger), or Keller (chromoly stud with tool-steel body, greaseable and rebuildable). SuperATV preps everything to stock specs out of the box, so you're not fumbling with adjustments unless you want to fine-tune camber.
Tire and Portal Compatibility
These arms alone handle 34-inch tires. If you're running portal axles, your tire clearance grows: 34 inches with 4 portals, 35 inches with 6, or 38 inches with 8.
