Description
If you're running a Polaris Ranger XD 1500 and want to fit bigger tires without adding a lift kit, these forward offset A-arms are built to make that happen. Stock arms can limit your tire clearance and won't handle the extra stress that comes with larger rubber. These replacements give you room to go up to 34 inches and the strength to back it up.
What You're Getting
The Atlas Pro 1 Forward Offset A-Arms come fully assembled and ready to bolt on. You can also order them preassembled with ball joints already installed if you want to skip the hassle of swapping those over from your old arms. If you go that route, everything shows up ready to drop in. Without the ball joint option, you'll reuse your stock ball joints during installation.
Built Tough, Built Right
These arms are made from steel DOM tubing—1.5 x .25 for the main tubes and 1.5 x .13 for the support pieces. That's substantially thicker and stronger than what came on your machine. SuperATV includes self-lubricating UHMW bushings that keep things moving smooth and don't need constant maintenance.
The arms ship with adjustable pivot blocks so you can dial in your alignment and camber exactly how you want it. They come preadjusted to factory specs, but you're free to tweak them for your own setup. This matters because bigger tires can eat into rubber faster if your angles aren't right.
Ball Joint Options
Heavy Duty: Hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating. Easy-access grease zerks and adjustable. Tested to handle twice the load of stock joints.
Super Duty: Built from 300M grade steel with steel-on-steel design. Greaseable and adjustable. Rated at 2.25 times stronger than original equipment.
Keller: Two-piece design threads directly onto your A-arms with no snap ring. Chromoly stud and advanced tool-steel body. Greaseable and rebuildable for long-term durability. Best choice for running the biggest tires.
