Polaris RZR 800 High Clearance 1.5in. Forward Offset A-Arms

Running bigger tires on your RZR 800 means you need room to fit them without rubbing, plus the geometry and strength to handle the extra size. These high-clearance A-arms solve that problem—they give you 1.5 inches of extra wheelbase and enough clearance for tires up to 29.5 inches, all while keeping your ride stable and predictable. The beefier construction also means they'll hold up to years of hard riding without wearing out or bending.

How They Work

The dual-bend design adds 1.5 inches of ground clearance, so you roll over rocks and roots with less risk of hanging up underneath. The forward offset positions your wheels further out, which opens up space for those bigger tires you want to run. The longer wheelbase keeps things planted on hills and rough terrain—you won't feel twitchy or nervous like you might with some aftermarket setups.

Built to Last

These arms are made from 1.25-inch diameter steel tubing—that's 25% thicker than stock. It's a noticeable jump in strength that translates to less flex, less fatigue, and arms that'll take a beating without cracking or bending.

Adjustable Camber Blocks

The pivot blocks come set to factory specs, so you can bolt them on and ride. If you add weight, grab a lift kit, or just want to dial things in for how you drive, you can adjust the camber yourself. It's a nice option to have without being forced to mess with it.

Ball Joint Options

SuperATV offers these choices to pair with your A-arms:

• Super Duty 300M – 300M alloy steel construction, adjustable and serviceable, 2.25 times stronger than stock
• Keller – Two-piece design, threads on like a bolt (no snap ring), chromoly stud with tool-steel body, greaseable and rebuildable
• Heavy Duty – 4340 VAR steel, zinc plated, adjustable housing, greaseable
• Standard Duty – Hardened chromoly, zinc plated, OEM-level quality at a fair price

You can order any of these installed free at checkout, or reuse your existing ball joints.

What's Included

You get a pair of A-arms with adjustable pivot blocks pre-set. If you pick a ball joint option, we'll install them before shipping. You'll need to reuse your stock ball joints if you don't select an upgrade at purchase.
