Built From Polycarbonate

The material here is polycarbonate, 1/4 inch thick. It's roughly 250 times stronger than regular glass and 25 times tougher than acrylic, so you don't have to baby it. When rocks or branches hit it during a trail run, the windshield stays solid. No cracking, no shattering—just reliable protection year after year.

Two Options to Choose From

You've got two choices here. The first is a hard-coated version with scratch resistance built in. Both sides get the coating, so cleaning it (even frequently) won't leave it looking cloudy or streaky. It's also UV resistant, meaning it won't yellow or fade from sun exposure over time. The second option is standard polycarbonate without the hard coat—still incredibly strong, just simpler and straightforward.

What Comes With It

The rubber seal comes preinstalled, which saves you from the headache of trying to get it on yourself. Everything else you need is in the box: hardware, clamps, brackets, and instructions. Installation takes minutes—just clamp it down and you're done. Removal is just as quick if you want to ride open on a nice day.

How It's Made

SuperATV machines these windshields at their facility in Madison, Indiana. The whole thing is precision-cut to match your machine's hood contours, and the rubber seal plus heavy-duty clamps keep it from rattling or shifting no matter how hard you push it on the trail.
