If you're running your Polaris Xpedition hard across rough country, the stock A-arms are holding you back. They're smaller, weaker, and don't give you the adjustability you need to dial in your setup. That's where these Atlas Pro 1 Forward Offset A-Arms come in—they're built from serious 1.5-inch DOM tubing with adjustable camber blocks, so you get real strength and control when you need it most.
Beefier Than Stock
The factory A-arms use thinner material and don't offer camber adjustment. These replacements swap that out for 1.5-inch tubing on both upper and lower arms—a massive jump in size and rigidity. The thick .138 wall steel won't flex or fail when you're loaded down or hammering through gnarly terrain. And because they come with adjustable pivot blocks, you can fine-tune your camber instead of being stuck with whatever Polaris set at the factory.
Smart Bend Design
The A-arms feature high-clearance bends that give you an extra 1.5 inches of ground clearance. This means you can thread through tighter spots on the trail without getting hung up on rocks or branches that would catch stock geometry.
The 1-Degree Offset
The 1 forward offset spreads your stance wider, giving you better stability across uneven ground. It also opens up tire clearance—you can fit 33-inch tires without needing a lift kit.
Ball Joint Options
You'll need to choose how to equip these arms. You can reuse your factory ball joints, or upgrade to one of three stronger choices:
- Heavy-Duty Ball Joints: Made from hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating. They handle double the load of OEM joints, come with grease zerks, and are adjustable for easy maintenance.
- Super Duty 300M Ball Joints: These use 300M grade steel—the toughest material available for ball joints—paired with a steel-on-steel design. They're 2.25 times stronger than stock, fully adjustable, and greaseablefor long-term reliability.
- Keller Ball Joints: A two-piece design with chromoly studs and tool-steel bodies that thread directly onto the arms. No snap ring means no chance of coming loose. Built for machines running serious weight and larger rubber, and you can grease and rebuild them as needed.
