3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum — Tough enough for daily riding. Takes hits without bending, sheds dirt, and won't rust out on you.

3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW Overlay — If you spend more time in the rocks than on the trail, this setup gives you extra grip and slide-over protection where you need it most. The plastic layer on top handles the abuse so the aluminum underneath stays solid.

Black Powder Coat Options

• Visible Package $75: Black coat on the A-arm guards and front bash plate only
• Complete Package $150: Every piece — bash plate, A-arms, and all frame skids — finished in black
