Material Options

Pick the aluminum thickness and overlay that fits how you ride.

• 3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum: Solid, proven, and plenty strong for most trail time. Riders choose this when they want good protection without overkill.
• 3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW Overlay: Extra tough glide plate on top takes the punishment and absorbs shock. Go this route if you're hitting logs, stumps, and terrain that doesn't forgive.

Black Powder Coat Option

Want it to look finished instead of raw metal? Add a black powder coat to all four guards for $50. The finish is tough and looks sharp, though it'll add 1 to 2 weeks to your shipping time.
