How They're Built
You've got two options here. Go with straight 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum if you want something solid and durable. Or step up to 3/16" aluminum with a 1/4" layer of UHMW plastic on top — that's the extra-tough choice that eats impacts without denting as easy.
Black Powder Coat Finish
Want them to look sharp and protected? Add a black powder coat finish for an extra $30. Fair warning: if you go this route, tack on another 1–2 weeks to your delivery time while we get that coating done.
