How It's Built

These guards are made from 3/16" thick 5052 H-32 aluminum—the same stuff you'd use if you were building something to last. That thickness means it'll take a real hit without denting or failing. The aluminum stops branches, rocks, and trail junk from reaching your suspension parts, which is exactly what you need out there.

Black Powder Coat Option

You can add a black powder coat finish for an extra $30. It gives you a darker, more finished look and adds a layer of corrosion protection on top of the aluminum. If you go that route, tack on 1–2 extra weeks for shipping while the coating gets applied and cures.
