These are made from 3/16" thick 5052 H-32 aluminum — solid material that handles the impact when you hit rocks or logs. It's tough enough to take repeated abuse without cracking or bending out of shape, and it won't rust you out over time.

Black Powder Coat Option

Want it in black instead of bare aluminum? You can add a black powder coat finish for an extra $80. Just know that if you go that route, tack on another 1–2 weeks before it ships out. The coating adds real durability and keeps it looking clean longer.
