Your Kodiak 450 front suspension is constantly under attack. Rocks, branches, stumps—they're all gunning for the same unprotected spots. A busted CV boot means dirt and grit work their way inside, and that's how you kill an axle. Ricochet A-arm and CV boot guards bolt on to shield those critical parts from impact, so you can push harder without worrying about a costly breakdown. We make versions for both the 2003-2006 and 2018-2026 Kodiak 450.
What You Get
- For 2018-2026: Front and rear A-arm guards plus CV boot guards, all four corners covered.
- For 2003-2006: Front A-arm guards only.
- All bolts and fasteners come in the box.
Aluminum or Aluminum with UHMW
Two protection levels to choose from depending on how hard you ride.
- Aluminum. Built from 3/16" thick 5052-H32 aircraft-grade aluminum—solid, tough, and built to stop impacts.
- Aluminum with UHMW (2018-2026 only). Same 3/16" aluminum base, but we add a 1/4" layer of UHMW on top for extra shock absorption and a slipperier surface when you're sliding over rocks and logs.
Black Powder Coat Option
Want a finished look instead of bare aluminum? Add a black powder coat and it'll look sharp on your Kodiak. Cost is $60, and if you pick this option, plan on an extra 1-2 weeks before it ships.
