Kodiak 450 Wheel Well Guards (2018-2026) — Aluminum + UHMW

Your Kodiak's wheel wells are exposed to constant punishment. Rocks, sticks, mud, and all the junk flying up from the trail will eventually wreck your inner fenders if there's nothing standing between them and the damage. These guards bolt right onto your 2018-2026 Kodiak 450 and take the hits so your machine doesn't have to. Built with a 3/16" aluminum backing and a 1/4" UHMW plastic shield up front, they're solid enough to shrug off whatever the trail dishes out.

How They're Built

3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum Base: The backbone. Stays rigid under impact, won't fold or dent easily, and keeps the whole thing from flexing.

1/4" UHMW Plastic Outer Layer: This is the shield facing the trail. UHMW is slippery by design — rocks and debris slide right off instead of catching and causing damage. It also won't crack in the cold or get brittle from sun exposure.

Color & Shipping

These ship as-is with the aluminum and plastic visible. If you want a black powder coat finish instead, add that option — it'll take an extra week or two to arrive, but the coating gives everything a solid appearance and adds another layer of corrosion protection. Cost is $45 for the powder coat upgrade.
