What You're Protecting

This guard sits behind your Kodiak 700 and shields your rear differential, suspension components, and steering linkage from trail hazards. Without protection, rocks and debris can crack housings, bend arms, and cause leaks that'll bench your machine in the middle of nowhere.

Material Choices

1/4" UHMW Plastic (SKU: 916-T2)
This stuff won't rust, won't corrode, and bounces back from impacts without cracking. It's tough as nails and handles everything the trail throws at it.

3/16" Aluminum (SKU: 916-RP-FH)
Heavier and more rigid than plastic, aluminum gives you maximum strength. By itself it'll develop some surface oxidation over time, but you can add a black powder coat finish for $25 if you want it sealed up tight—just know that adds a week or two to your ship time.
