Yamaha Rhino Scratch Resistant Full Windshield

When you're out on the trail, your Rhino takes a beating from flying rocks, mud splatters, branches, and weather. A good windshield keeps all that stuff off you and your passenger while giving you better visibility and a more comfortable ride. This full windshield is built tough enough to handle serious trail use without cracking or turning cloudy.

What You're Getting

The windshield comes with a full-length bulb seal already installed around the edges. This seal sits snug against your Rhino's frame, cuts down rattles, and keeps rain and dust from sneaking in around the sides. Installation is straightforward—most people have it mounted in under an hour.

The Material Makes The Difference

This is 1/4" polycarbonate, which is the real workhorse of windshield materials. It's 250 times tougher than glass and 25 times tougher than acrylic, so rocks and branches bounce off without cracking or shattering. At the same time, it weighs way less than glass, so it won't bog down your machine. SuperATV adds an XR Optic Hard Coating on both sides of the windshield, which resists scratches and scuffs way better than bare polycarbonate would.

Coating Keeps It Clear

That hard coating also fights UV damage, so you won't get yellowing, fading, or sunspots from sitting in the sun day after day. When you blast through mud or brush, the coating on both surfaces keeps everything from getting streaky and hard to see through. It's designed to stay clear and scratch-resistant even with heavy use.

Full vs. Flip—Which One?

Full windshield: Complete protection from top to bottom, maximum dust and rain blocking, works with wipers and defrosters. Pick this if you want set-and-forget coverage.

Flip windshield: You can flip it up, tilt it, or open it fully for airflow when you need it. Better for changing weather and technical riding. Just needs a little more upkeep on the hinges and seals.
