Yamaha Viking Cab Heater

Winter riding doesn't have to mean numb fingers and fogged-up windshields. This cab heater taps into your engine's coolant system to push warm air right where you need it—straight into your cabin. It sits hidden under the dash and works like the heater in a regular vehicle, giving you control over temperature and fan speed so you can actually enjoy cold-weather rides.

The complete kit includes everything needed to get this installed and running. You get the heater unit itself, defrost vents with hoses, all the clamps and fittings, a hole saw for cutting through the dash, hose pliers, and full wiring harness. No trips back to the store hunting for missing pieces.

Hot coolant flows from your engine through the heater core, and a small fan blows that warmth into your cab. Two vents on the heater unit throw heat where you sit, while separate defrost ducts route air to your windshield to cut through snow, ice, and condensation. The vents integrate into your dash so cleanly you'd swear they came from the factory.

You've got two options to heat faster. The quick-start flow valve cuts warm-up time in half by sending all coolant to the heater core until the engine reaches temperature, then it opens up to feed the radiator too. If you want heat in under 30 seconds, the idle flow pump actively cycles coolant through the system even when you're sitting still or crawling at low speed. You can run both together for maximum heat as fast as possible.

Drilling through plastic and the firewall is required—SuperATV includes all the bits you'll need. With the hardware, hoses, and wiring all sorted, installation is straightforward.
