Yamaha Viking Cab Heater

Winter trail rides don't have to mean numb hands and fogged-up windshields. This cab heater taps into your engine's coolant system to pump warm air right where you need it—keeping you comfortable during those cold-weather outings. You'll get adjustable temperature and fan speed controls, so you can dial in exactly how much heat you want.

What You're Getting
The kit comes fully loaded. You'll have the heater unit itself, defrost ducts and hoses, mounting hardware, clamps, a hole saw, hose pliers, and all the wiring you need to hook it up. Installation is straightforward—no special tools or skills required.

How It Works
The heater sits tucked under your dash where it stays out of sight. It pulls heat straight from your engine coolant, just like a factory car heater. The longer you ride, the warmer your cab gets. On top of that, you get two separate vents routed through your dash to blow warm air at your windshield, clearing away snow, ice, and fog so visibility stays sharp.

Speed Up the Warm-Up
You've got two add-on options if you want heat faster. A quick-start flow valve gets warm air flowing twice as quickly by directing all coolant to the heater core until your engine reaches operating temperature, then it opens to feed the radiator too. Or go with an idle flow pump—it actively circulates coolant through the heater even when you're barely moving, giving you usable heat in about 30 seconds. You can run both together for maximum warmth as soon as you start moving.

Installation Notes
You'll need to drill through the plastic dash and firewall to route the defrost hoses. Everything required is in the box, including the bits you need. SuperATV includes hoses, clamps, and all fasteners, so there's nothing else to track down.
