Description
Your Yamaha Wolverine RMAX4 1000 can go just about anywhere, and that's exactly where the rocks, roots, and sharp ledges are hiding. One bad line means your undercarriage takes a direct hit — differentials, CV joints, A-arms, and frame all at risk. A solid skid plate set stops that from becoming an expensive day. This Ricochet package wraps your 2021-2024 RMAX4 1000 from front to back, guarding everything that sticks out underneath. Note: this doesn't fit the 2025 model.
What You're Getting
- Full frame coverage with a front bash plate
- Front and rear A-arm guards plus CV boot protection
- Complete hardware kit — ready to bolt on
Material Options
Pick aluminum, or go aluminum plus UHMW for extra durability.
- Aluminum: 3/16" thick 5052-H32 aircraft-grade material. Solid, protective, and proven.
- Aluminum with UHMW: Same 3/16" aluminum with an added 3/8" UHMW plastic layer on the frame skids. Tougher against big impacts and slides easier over rocks and rough terrain.
Color & Finish
Your set comes standard, or add a black powder coat finish for a polished look that stands up to the elements.
- Visible Coverage: $150 — covers the front bash plate, floorboard, and A-arm guards.
- Complete Coverage: $200 — everything gets coated, including frame skids.
- With UHMW, add powder coat to the A-arm guards for $50 more.
- Black is the only color. If you choose powder coat, plan on an extra 1–2 weeks before it ships.
Built Here, Built to Last
