The whole setup is built tough—10-gauge steel blade with a reinforced 4-gauge cutting edge that'll bite through packed snow without folding or cracking. When spring comes, you disconnect the blade in minutes and store it away.

The Blade You Actually Need

Snow plows get hammered, so this one's designed to take it. The blade sits on shock-absorbing springs and tilts forward if you hit something, so impacts won't trash your machine or stop you cold. Vertical ribs on the back keep it rigid, and all the metal gets powder coated to fight rust. You're looking at:

• 10-gauge steel construction
• 4-gauge leading edge for cutting power
• Two vertical ribs (4-gauge) in the high-stress zones
• 10-gauge horizontal bar backing the cutting edge
• Tilt-forward design for obstacle clearance

Seven Angles to Work With

You're not stuck pushing straight ahead. Adjust the blade from 0 to 30 degrees left or right—that's seven settings total—so you can angle snow to the side or push it straight depending on what you're clearing. The blade's attack angle adjusts from 52 to 65 degrees, and the skid shoes raise or lower independently so the blade stays flat on uneven ground. This matters especially if your machine sits up to 3 inches higher than stock.

Mounting and Setup

The whole frame bolts on without any drilling—just bolt it down and you're ready. Leave it on all winter or pull it off when you don't need it. Since it runs off your winch, that cable does all the work pulling the blade back and forth while you steer.

Add-On Accessories

It comes with side shields (3/16-inch steel) that keep your blade line straight, two 23-inch markers so other people see your plow edges, a 1/8-inch LDPE deflector to stop snow from rolling over the top, and a plow angle actuator. That actuator lets you change blade angles from a dash switch inside the cab using an 1,800 lb. motor—stay warm while you dial in the perfect angle.
