How The Vents Work

The built-in BreezeRite vents give you real control over airflow inside the cab. Each vent can be adjusted from completely closed to half open to fully open—your choice, whenever you want it. You and your co-pilot each get your own vent to manage, so the driver controls one side and the passenger controls theirs. No more fighting over whether the window should be cracked or sealed up. The vents are injection molded and stay locked in whatever position you set them to.

Material And Protection

SuperATV uses 1/4-inch polycarbonate for this windshield because it's seriously tough stuff. It'll stand up to rocks bouncing off the trail, low-hanging branches, and all the abuse that comes with regular riding. The material is 250 times stronger than glass and 25 times stronger than acrylic, so you get real durability without the weight. A pre-installed bulb seal around the edges keeps everything quiet and dry—no rattling, shaking, or leaks when you're out there.

Clarity That Lasts

The windshield comes coated with an XR Optic Hard Coating on both sides. This proprietary finish resists scratching and UV damage, so you'll keep clear visibility ride after ride without haze or cloudiness building up over time.

Flip Windshields vs. Vented Full

Flip style gives you maximum flexibility—close it for full protection, flip it open for that open-air feeling. You can switch between modes in seconds as conditions change. The tradeoff is more weight and moving parts that need occasional maintenance.

Vented full windshield (this one) stays in place and lets you control airflow through the adjustable vents. It's simpler mechanically with fewer hinges and latches to worry about, compatible with wipers and washers, and stays rock-solid at higher speeds. You won't get quite as much maximum airflow as a flip design, but you get steady, reliable protection with easy adjustments on the fly.
