If you've got a 1991-1993 Yamaha WR500, this Ricochet skid plate is built to shield your undercarriage from rocks, logs, stumps, and whatever else you hit out on the trail. It bolts on without any drilling or tapping, and it's made from real aircraft-grade aluminum that won't let you down.
What You're Getting
The plate itself is constructed from 5052 H32 aircraft-grade aluminum, .160 inch thick—solid enough to take repeated impacts without denting or cracking. It comes with a set of heavy-duty brackets and all the proprietary hardware you need for installation. No custom fabrication, no mess.
Clear Coat Finish (Standard)
It ships with a clear anodize applied, which adds a layer of corrosion protection and helps keep the aluminum looking good longer.
Black Powder Coat Option
Want a darker, tougher finish instead? You can add a durable black powder coat for an extra fee. Just know that if you choose this, tack on 1-2 extra weeks to your shipping time while we apply it.
If you'd rather do your own finish work, the surface comes ready for you to apply custom powder coat at home at no extra charge.
Installation
This plate bolts straight on using the included brackets and hardware. No drilling into your frame, no tapping holes—just bolt it down and you're done.
