Yamaha YXZ Scratch Resistant Flip Windshield

Your Yamaha YXZ can handle all kinds of weather and trail conditions when you've got the right windshield. This flip model lets you adjust protection on the fly—run it fully closed, cracked open for venting, or flipped all the way up when you want maximum airflow. No more choosing between comfort and visibility. You get year-round capability without swapping anything out.

What You're Getting

The windshield arrives ready to bolt on—no cutting or fabrication needed. You'll find full-length gaskets and bulb seals built in to kill rattles and block out wind noise. Heavy-duty gas struts hold it open when you need that, and a solid multi-stage latch keeps it locked down tight when conditions demand it. Installation takes just a few bolts and basic tools.

Built to Take a Beating

SuperATV uses polycarbonate for this windshield because it actually holds up. You're looking at material that's 25 times tougher than acrylic and 250 times stronger than glass. When flying rocks, thick brush, or rough terrain comes at you, this stuff resists shattering and keeps doing its job.

Scratch Resistant Coating (If You Want It)

Pick the XR Optic Hard Coating option at checkout and you get way better scratch and UV protection. It handles abuse from branches and kicked-up debris without showing wear. Leave it exposed to sun all season and you won't get yellowing or fading—the clarity stays put for years.

Flip vs. Half—Which One?

Half windshields keep wind and sand off your face while letting lots of air through—perfect if you run hot. Flip models give you total weather protection when closed but open completely when you want it. Pick half if you want simple and cool. Pick flip if you want to adapt to changing conditions without stopping.
