Your YZ250F's undercarriage takes a beating on the trail—rocks, logs, stumps, and rough terrain all do damage if you're not protected. This skid plate from Ricochet bolts on solid and keeps your engine, frame, and vital parts safe from hard hits. It's made right here in the USA and fits every generation of YZ250F from 2001 all the way through 2026.

How It's Built
The standard version uses .160" thick 5052-H32 aircraft-grade aluminum with a clear anodize coat that resists corrosion and wear. Installation is straightforward and doesn't mess with your frame or engine.
If you're running a 2024–2026 model, you've got a second option: a hybrid setup with 3/16" aluminum backing plus a 1/4" UHMW plastic layer on top. That UHMW really takes the scrapes and abrasion, which is handy if you're riding rocky or sandy terrain a lot.
Color & Finish
Want it all black instead of the natural aluminum look? You can add a black powder coat for $25—just know it'll take an extra 1 to 2 weeks to ship since it has to be coated after we make it.
