Kawasaki Mule Stereo

Mounting locations and exposure to the elements are two of the most common issues you are faced with when adding a stereo. Fortunately, we do have a few options to make this an easy project that will not only look and sound good but will not break the bank.

You do have several choices when it comes to head units or the type of receiver to install in your Mule. One of the biggest questions we get from customers is "will the CD skip" or "will the receiver hold up to bouncing over rough terrain". CD Players have come a long way and for the most part, you will not experience any skipping while riding down the trail. CD's players though are slowly giving way to Media Receivers or Mechless Digital Media Receivers. This type of receiver literally has no moving parts. It is a completely solid-state (digitally tuned) unit and there is no CD or tape mechanism at all - hence the term 'mechless'.

Bluetooth-enabled receivers are one of the most popular styles of receivers on the market. This type of receiver will allow you to stream music wirelessly from any Bluetooth-enabled device like your Android or iPhone. Pair this with Spotify or Pandora or any music you have stored on your phone and you are in full control of what you are listening to out on the trail.

Satellite Radio is another option that is very popular. We offer several receivers that are satellite-ready so that you can enjoy your favorite Sirius/XM programming wherever the trail takes you.
