Kawasaki Mule Windshields
Windshields by far are one of the most popular accessories for the Kawasaki Mule. This is usually one of the first accessories installed by our customers. A nice Windshield can really change the look of your Mule, and Windshields offer added protection from the elements.
Most OEM Windshields offered at the Kawasaki Mule Dealerships are very expensive and tend to lack most of the features you will find on aftermarket Windshields. Also, most new Kawasaki Mule owners think that it is very difficult to install a Windshield when in fact most Windshields are extremely easy to install and do not require any drilling to complete the installation. Most Windshields are a complete bolt-on. After driving a Kawasaki Mule with and without a Windshield, you will see why they are so popular. Windshields can provide an additional feeling of security and in the case of full Windshield can help keep the elements out of the cab and allow you to enjoy your machine all year round.
We carry several styles and brands of Kawasaki Mule Windshields for you to choose from. Full Windshields, Half Windshields, Folding Windshields, Scratch Resistant Windshields, Non-Scratch Resistant Windshields, and many more.
What type of Windshield is right for you? That can be a bit tricky but we have a general outline of the advantages of different types of Windshields.
Full Kawasaki Mule Windshield - Provides complete protection. A Full Windshield is a way to go and provides complete front protection from wind, dust, and debris in your machine. A Full Windshield for your Mule generally mounts to the roll cage using Quick-Connect Clamps which provide easy installation.
Full Mule Vented Windshield - All the great features of the Full Windshield but has an added vent to allow some air into the cab. This is usually adjustable so you can open or close the vent.
Full Tilting Kawasaki Mule Windshield - One of our favorites by far. A three-position tilt mechanism allows you to adjust the Windshield from fully closed, to half extended, to fully extended. This allows you to have full control over how much airflow is entering the cab. You can also quickly remove the top panel, creating a convenient half windshield for those warm summer months.
Kawasaki Mule Half Windshield - The Half Windshield is similar to the Full but only covers half the area. This is a great option for warmer climates since it allows maximum airflow into the cab and also protects the passengers from mud or other debris. We do not recommend this for colder weather climates.
Rear Kawasaki Mule Windshield - We add this to the list even though it mounts to the rear of your Mule. A Rear Back Panel or Windshield as we call it can really help minimize the dust that enters the cab from the rear when riding. We "highly" recommend adding a Rear Windshield or Back Panel whenever you add any type of front Windshield.
That is a quick breakdown of some of the types of Kawasaki Mule Windshields on the market. Check out the various Windshields we have available for your machine and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about them.
